Lunar article Gassendi crater video

 In this clip, the image is clear and mountainous region that lies to the north (image is inverted), shows features with very fine details and distinctive.
Gassendi crater is hunted by many amateur astronomers because it is large, 110 km diameter, and presents those rilles on his floor, which in clear weather, are wonderful to look through a telescope. Gassendi A , 33 km, is the 'diamond' of the big 'ring'.

Schickard (227 km), is a large crater next to Phocylides Nasmyth craters.
It is surrounded in many places of smaller impact craters. The most important of these is Schickard E located over south-eastern edge.

Capuanus crater astronomy telescope.
   Capuanus (60 km.), is a lunar crater that lies along the southern edge of Palus Epidemiarum ( plateau below Capuanus) on the south-west of the Moon. Crater interior has been restored, filled with basaltic lava .
